Solstice Technologies was asked to develop a warehouse fulfillment and inventory management suite for a large commercial printing company in the New England area. This application allows hundreds of customers to log in, order warehoused items, view reports, download samples, and track packages. In addition, the client’s employees are able to access a management interface, process orders, track shipped orders, manage customer accounts, adjust preferences, review and update inventory, run reports, and perform searches. Finally, this application is integrated with major logistics software and the client’s internal workflow management software. This integration allows automation and transparency between all systems. Solstice Technologies continues to be committed and available for past projects providing extended service; features are still added to this application on a regular basis.
