Our Process

At Solstice Technologies we emphasize the importance of thorough communication between our consultants and our customers. In a comprehensive requirements gathering process we discuss and prioritize the goals of the project in business terms, not technical jargon. In fact, we welcome client’s comments and work to facilitate easy communication of ideas and concepts. As project requirements become clearer we build various “mock-ups” to demonstrate a client’s ideas and gather feedback. During development customers are invited to provide feedback on several partial-releases reflecting recent updates. It is our friendly hands-on approach to software development that has given our customers the confidence to know their project is in good hands.
