Our Story

Since inception, Solstice Technologies has maintained a devotion to staying green by minimizing the wasteful use of paper. Electronic record keeping and management tools can free us from the costs, contraints, and environmental impact of using paper. When Solstice's first office was opened, ten reams of paper were purchased. Eight of those reams still exist. We went green by digitizing our own workflow processes, and we can help you do the same.

How We Help

We are big proponents of environmentalism, and we would like to help your company go green as well. In the past, we have digitized many different aspects of company workflow including paper records, document management, and inventory management. We created a document management suite that reduced paper usage by automating administration. Multiple drafts of various documents were computerized so if anything needed to be printed out, it would be a final draft. We have also built collaboration tools to automate paperwork in the real estate industry, which cuts down on paper usage in ads and faxes by creating an online community where real estate professionals can do business.
